The first of the new season Native Shetland Lamb that is born each April is no longer available for sale

Hogget (16 months old) is no longer available for sale.

Contents:

A whole, chilled, freshly butchered Shetland lamb is cut up as follows: –

• 2 leg joints which include the chump
• 2 racks of rib chops (Not French trimmed)
• 2 racks if loin chops
• 2 shoulder joints
• Neck
• and pieces of flank
