UPDATE OF AUTUMN 2009

20th September - I had an excellent response to my Shetland Lamb products at The North Berwick Slow Food Fair. I brought the meat from nine lambs down from Shetland earlier in the week and cooked the lamb rolls and burgers on the day. The aroma from the barbecue and the sight of the roast being carved drew visitors straight from the entrance to the event to the queue. Several customers came back for a second helping.
